Programs: Tiny Knights & Mini Knights

This developmental grassroots instructional program is intended to bring the "joy of basketball" to our youngest boy and girl basketeers from junior kindergarten to grade 3. OBA certified coaches direct our school in order thatfundamentals are taught in a sequential progression to each individual child while maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere.

It is through such fun activities that introductory foundation skills are established and reinforced, and our children start to see the benefits of:

Each action packed positive learning session lasts one hour in length, and includes:
• Warm-up
• Direct instruction
• Whole group and small group activities
• ... and perhaps a short modified basketball game at the end

Mini Knights Basketball School Objectives:
• introduce primary/junior aged pupils to key basketball skills while having fun
• Promote sense of accomplishment
• Support motivated players to pursue higher levels of competition
• Build a new organization from the true grass roots level

A high instructor to participant ratio is present in order to maintain excellence.
